Meet Alex

Alex Pannell, MS, OTR/L, CHT, I founded The Pannell Project after seeing firsthand the limitations of insurance-based therapy. My passion is helping athletes and active individuals recover, prevent injuries, and optimize movement using advanced rehabilitation techniques. Whether it’s getting back on the field, back to work, or simply back to doing what you love, I want to be part of that journey.

Pontotoc is home, and giving back to my community is what drives me. My dream is to open a clinic where people can recover, push past their limits, and achieve goals they never thought possible.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my family or staying active—wakeboarding, snowboarding, riding my bike, or running. I also love analyzing sports mechanics, breaking down movement patterns, and sharing what I’ve learned through YouTube and social media. Education and empowerment are at the core of everything I do because I believe knowledge is the key to staying strong, healthy, and injury-free.
