How the Free Full-Body Assessment Works
This assessment is completely free, with no obligation—just a chance to learn more about your body and how to improve your movement!

Choose a time that works best for you.

Complete the required online paperwork before your appointment.
2. Arrival & Initial Consultation
-
When you arrive, we’ll start with a conversation about any pain, discomfort, or movement issues you’ve been experiencing.

You’ll be asked about your daily activities, training routine, and any past injuries that may impact your movement.
3. Movement & Joint Mobility Assessment
-
We’ll systematically evaluate each joint using a goniometer to measure your range of motion (ROM).

Your results will be compared to established research norms to identify any mobility deficits.
4. Strength Testing
-
We’ll assess the strength of major muscle groups, as well as some smaller stabilizing muscles you may not even know are affecting your movement.

Your strength levels will be compared to standard benchmarks to highlight any imbalances or weaknesses.
5. Personalized Report & Recommendations
-
You’ll receive a detailed report outlining any deficits or areas that need improvement.

If needed, we’ll suggest exercises or services that may help you improve your movement and performance—with zero commitment.
6. Optional Home Exercise Program (HEP) – $15 Add-On

If you’d like a structured plan to address your weaknesses, we can provide a customized home exercise program (HEP).

Your program will be emailed to you the next day and will focus on your specific deficits and mobility restrictions.
