How the Free Full-Body Assessment Works

 

 This assessment is completely free, with no obligation—just a chance to learn more about your body and how to improve your movement!

1. Click the "Book Now" Button

  • Choose a time that works best for you.

  • Complete the required online paperwork before your appointment.

2. Arrival & Initial Consultation

  • When you arrive, we’ll start with a conversation about any pain, discomfort, or movement issues you’ve been experiencing.

  • You’ll be asked about your daily activities, training routine, and any past injuries that may impact your movement.

3.  Movement & Joint Mobility Assessment

  • We’ll systematically evaluate each joint using a goniometer to measure your range of motion (ROM).

  • Your results will be compared to established research norms to identify any mobility deficits.

4. Strength Testing

  • We’ll assess the strength of major muscle groups, as well as some smaller stabilizing muscles you may not even know are affecting your movement.

  • Your strength levels will be compared to standard benchmarks to highlight any imbalances or weaknesses.

5. Personalized Report & Recommendations

  • You’ll receive a detailed report outlining any deficits or areas that need improvement.

  • If needed, we’ll suggest exercises or services that may help you improve your movement and performance—with zero commitment.

6.  Optional Home Exercise Program (HEP) – $15 Add-On

  • If you’d like a structured plan to address your weaknesses, we can provide a customized home exercise program (HEP).

  • Your program will be emailed to you the next day and will focus on your specific deficits and mobility restrictions.
