Membership Terms & Policies
Welcome to The Pannell Project! Please review our membership and package policies carefully before enrolling. By purchasing a membership or package, you agree to the following terms.
General Membership Policies

All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are due on the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Sessions must be used within the month and do not roll over, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

If a membership is full, clients may join the waitlist and will be notified when a spot becomes available.
Guidelines & Requirements

Scheduling: Sessions should be booked at the start of each month to ensure availability.

Limited Memberships: Membership spots are limited and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to reschedule without penalty. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled.

Payment: Monthly fees are due on the first of each month.

Rollover Sessions: Unused sessions during the introductory period may roll over to the following month but must be used within the 3-month timeframe.

Transitioning Plans: At the end of the introductory period, clients can choose to continue with the standard Maintenance Plan or select other available plans.
Return & Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellations: Clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Package Cancellations: All packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified expiration period.

Missed Sessions: Sessions canceled without a 24-hour notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for memberships, packages, or individual sessions.

Medical Holds: If an injury or medical condition prevents participation, memberships may be placed on hold for up to 60 days with a doctor's note. After this period, the client may resume or cancel with proper notice.
Discount Policies
-
High School & College Athletes receive 50% off all individual treatment sessions (excludes memberships and packages).
-
300 Fitness Members receive 25% off all treatment sessions and memberships.
-
Guest Fee: Non-300 Fitness members must pay a $5 guest fee per visit for Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Performance & Motion Analysis sessions.
Package Terms

All packages must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.
-
Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
-
Unused sessions do not roll over after expiration.
-
Packages cannot be shared or transferred.
